He is equipped with 16 years of experience in sales, sales training, trade marketing and distributor management which he uses to drive growth for Rentokil Initial Phils. In his spare time, Pat enjoys diving, traveling, coffee drinking and restaurant hopping.

With a vast experience in sales, trade marketing and training from various FMCG companies, Dino will be the country’s HR business partner. He will also be responsible in developing the skill and competencies of Rentokil Initial Phils employees to ensure that we deliver outstanding customer service aligned with our 3 customer service promises in every transaction Dino spends his free time reading books, cooking gourmet meals for his family and traveling.

Aside from his main responsibilities in managing the Hygiene branch and driving SHE management policies across the business, Mel also oversees all warehouse management for both Hygiene and Pest Control. During his leisure time Mel enjoys spending quality time with family at home playing indoor games or going to the shooting range with club members and friends.

Cesar is one of the veterans in pest control. He implements the standard of Pest Control and Pest Prevention service in Philippines. Cesar and his team of field biologist provide technical and training support for operational activities, ensuring our standards in technical capabilities are met and making sure that we deliver outstanding customer service aligned with our 3 customer service promises in every technical consultation. He enjoys watching TV during his spare time.

Ferdie’s experience in auditing, sales operations, trade marketing and distributor management makes him the right guy to take on the position for Operation Excellence. He is responsible for developing SOPs and controls for the company. Ferdie also manages procurement and operational excellence across the Philippines. He ensures that we deliver outstanding customer service aligned with our 3 customer service promises in every transaction by implementation and execution alignment of policies. In his free time, Ferdie enjoys watching tv and spending time with his family.

Tin’s previous experiences in sales and trade marketing equip her in her current responsibility. Working closely with the sales team, she is in charge for all communication materials, tools and marketing initiatives for the business ensuring that each activity would align with our 3 customer service promises. Tin is also responsible for identifying customer insight and customer voice count monitoring. To relax, Tin enjoys diving, photography, food tripping and traveling.

With her vast experience in handling customer sales and service, Kristine is primarily task to manage team renewal, customer retention, up selling and indoor sales activities from the assigned customer based on the company’s tier management focus for both businesses. She also manages customer inquiries and feedback gathering to ensure that we deliver outstanding customer service aligned with our 3 promises. During her free time, Kristine loves spending quality time with her son, meeting up with friends and shopping.

She brings with her years of experience in sales and marketing, events & project management, and defense contracting. Shao is tasked to coordinate and work closely within the sales teams to grow and develop the business. Shao drives the sales process (SOP) amongst the CD team to ensure that we deliver outstanding customer service aligned with our 3 customer service promises in every transaction is implemented across the whole team. She enjoys the music of Vienna Teng, loves to read Nicholas Sparks, and adores the poems of Rumi.

Mitch is tasked to coordinate and work closely within the sales teams to grow and develop the business. She drives the CD team to ensure that we deliver outstanding customer service aligned with our 3 customer service promises in every transaction is implemented across the whole team. In order to relax, Mitch spends time bonding with her family, reading books, surfing the web and pampers herself with spa and massage.

Che is responsible for managing and building customer relationship with selected key clients for both Rentokil and Initial ensuring that outstanding customer service aligned with our 3 customer service promises in every transaction. Che is equipped with more than 7 years of sales and customer development experience. In order to unwind, she does grocery shopping, reads books and spends quality with her kids.
